Hi There, I'm Pie!
I am a non-binary Graphic Designer located in Seattle, WA.
My passions lie in community oriented work, music/radio, mutual
aid opportunities, Dungeons & Dragons, and outdoor exploration.
As a designer, artist, and creative thinker, I aim to communicate experiences through unique and conceptualized visual stories.
It is important to me to have humanity in design and prove that artistry is about more than just producing and consuming. I aim to serve my community and self through artistic endeavors with dignity, compassion, and thoughtfulness.
Design is the art of perception and the visual language of understanding. Our perceptions of the world surrounding us are essential to how we experience life. My mission as a designer, artist, and creative thinker is to communicate these experiences through unique and conceptualized visual stories. It is important to me to have humanity in design and prove that artistry is about more than just producing and consuming; it can be so much more. To me, the craft, detailing, and message behind my works are just as important as the final product. I greatly enjoy making motifs within typography and incorporating color theory in my work. I am a very hands on designer and enjoy working with mixed mediums that help convey the vision.
My goal as a designer revolves heavily around cultivating a narrative that is powerful and meaningful to the client or collaborator and audience.
I am highly interested in collaborating with different artists, musicians, community organizers, non profits, and local small businesses to help cultivate a personalized narrative to their branding and merchandising.
Interests: band merchandising, identity design, community oriented projects, service work, and collaborative art
